Em & Woz didn't really know much about The Mount Without when Melissa and Nick first got in touch"- we’d obviously seen the commanding church sitting atop the hill in Bristol, but we didn’t know just how amazing it is inside! Thankfully Melissa and Nick found it, and then found us to photograph them!
They had chosen to spend the whole day in the venue - the main church was used for the ceremony, followed by some photos then drinks in the crypt below! While we were doing that, the church was prepared for the wedding breakfast.
We then popped out with Melissa and Nick for some pictures on the streets of Bristol, including the beautiful Christmas Steps — one of Bristol's most characterful hidden corners, and just a short walk from The Mount Without.
The evening celebrations were back in the crypt which is so atmospheric and cool! It's obviously very dark, but with our cameras and the occasional discreet flash, you can see we captured the celebrations right to the end!
