We’re Em & Woz — partners in life, love, and lens, and two of Somerset’s most enthusiastic wedding photographers. We specialise in documentary wedding photography across the South West, capturing your day exactly as it happens: real moments, real people, real emotion. No awkward posing. No bossing around. Just two friendly photographers quietly doing what they love.
We’re particularly at home at weddings that reflect who you actually are — whether that’s a fairy-lit barn in the Somerset countryside, a festival field with a live band and a fire pit, an intimate elopement on the Devon coast, or a beautiful village church followed by something wonderfully chaotic in a marquee. If your wedding has personality, we’ll photograph it with everything we’ve got.
We work as a duo — two photographers included in every full-day package, at no extra cost. That means twice the coverage, twice the angles, and a complete story of your day from both sides of the room.

As someone who doesn’t massively like having their photo taken, I barely even noticed they were there (in a good way!) and on the wedding day itself they captured every moment beautifully. Hello, we’re Em and Woz!
We’ve been shooting weddings together for over six years, and we still love every single one. Based in Somerset, we travel all across the South West — Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bristol, Bath and beyond — and we’re always up for an adventure further afield.
Our approach is simple: we blend in, not boss around. We show up, we get to know your people, and we spend the day quietly capturing everything that makes your wedding yours. The hugs from nan. The dancefloor at midnight. The look between the two of you when you think no one’s watching. That’s the stuff.
Woz has been obsessed with photography since his dad handed him a film camera on holiday in Africa (he shot an entire roll of one donkey — he’s come a long way). For Em, photography became a calling after losing her brother Ed, who shared the same passion. He taught her that moments are precious and irreplaceable — and that’s exactly what we want to give every couple we work with.
A few other things about us: we have two dogs who drive us mad, we’re competitive board gamers, festival regulars, and we’re currently approximately four years into planning our own wedding. We get it.
Every wedding we feature on this site is a real one — real couples, real days, real love. No models, no setups, no pretending.
